Overall in great condition with 2 keys for the lock, dust bag  and luggage tag. Some marks and scuffs on the keys holder and luggage tag. The vinyl interior lining for the folder organizer section has peeled out. Repairs were done and new green vinyl lining added to the 2 large pockets making them usable again. For authentication purposes, the added lining can be easily removed so as not to affect the modification status of the bag. The small center card pocket shows rubbings to the original lining, however is still usable.  Exterior body, corner bottoms, handle, lock, clasps, center lock, interior bottom lining are all in great condition.
